I obtained my Florida real estate license in 2003. My background includes 10 years as a court reporter and 14 years as a custom home builder. I'm a Florida native and have lived in the Panhandle area of Florida for 63 years. I'd love to share with you what makes our piece of Paradise special. It's not just our sugar white sands and pristine beaches. It's also the rich heritage, the community activities, the celebrations of life, the warmth of Southern hospitality.
I wish I could boast that I specialize in million dollar properties. Oh, sure, I've had my share. However, the median price of a home in our area is $248,000. I work just as hard and find just as much joy in finding clients a $50,000 home as I do a $2M home. It's not just a house or a sale to me. I feel as though I've been chosen to assist my clients find the place where they will raise their families, where they will come home for refuge at the end of a long day, where they will make precious memories and stories to be passed down for generations to come. It's an honor and I treat each deal as if it were my own.
Now that our inventory is extremely low, it's challenging to find the exact perfect home. That's only one of the reasons why it is so important to align yourselves with an experienced realtor. Not only are the negotiations on price and repairs more difficult these days, but it's equally important to know immediately when a new listing comes to market and to be ready to present a fair and reasonable offer. That means in obtaining financing and also comparing market analyses. Our market is changing daily with each and every sale.
